Privacy Policy

This site is run by Dennis Felice of TFY Enterprises, doing business as Your Solar Connection NY, an independent solar consultant working with PlugPV. This page explains what information we collect through this site and how we use it, in plain language.

What we collect

• Consultation requests: your name, phone, email, home address, electric utility, approximate monthly bill, best time to reach you, who referred you, and any electric bill you choose to upload.
• Referrals: your name and contact info, plus the name, phone, email, and town of the person you refer. Please only refer people who have said it's OK for Dennis to reach out.
• Questions: your name, contact info, and your question.
• Appointments: if you book a time with Dennis, the booking is handled by Google Calendar, and the details you enter there go to Dennis's calendar.

How we use it

• To contact you about your request, answer your questions, and set up your consultation.
• To prepare your personalized solar report.
• To track referrals and pay any referral fee that's earned.

If you choose to move forward with a solar proposal, Dennis may share the details needed to prepare it with PlugPV, the installer he works with. PlugPV's own privacy policy then applies to that information.

What we don't do

• We never sell your information.
• We don't share it with marketers or unrelated companies.
• We only call or text you about your own request, and you can tell us to stop at any time.

Where it's stored

Form submissions are stored securely with Netlify, the company that hosts this site, and are emailed to Dennis through Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. Appointments are stored in Google Calendar. This site loads fonts from Google Fonts.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Just reach out to Dennis:
